IT Analyst

• Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets involving hardware, software, network, system access, and user support issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and other technology equipment.
• Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts while maintaining appropriate system access controls.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment deployment and access provisioning.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, email, and other business applications.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventories, licensing records, and technology documentation.
• Support system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and technology improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, procedures, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Provide user training and technical guidance to improve employee technology skills and productivity.
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and monitor compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable technology operations and an exceptional end-user experience.

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and business technology platforms preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 2+ years of IT support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or Systems Administration experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, mobile devices, and user access issues.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory/user account administration.
• Experience setting up, configuring, and maintaining computers, peripherals, and business applications.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, IT asset management, and system documentation., * Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to support users of varying technical skill levels.
• Experience with employee onboarding/offboarding processes and access management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including password management, access controls, and user security awareness.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout office and production environments as needed.
• Ability to lift and transport computers, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and technical equipment.
• Ability to travel between facilities or work locations as business needs require.
