Cyber Analyst (TS/SCI - Mid Level - 4 Day Shifts)

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity events in real-time.
• Perform incident handling, event triage, threat detection, and network analysis activities.
• Identify cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack patterns impacting DoD networks.
• Support cyber situational awareness, vulnerability reporting, and operational threat assessments.
• Coordinate Computer Network Defense (CND) activities with DoD organizations and mission partners.
• Monitor compliance with cybersecurity directives, vulnerability management requirements, and IAVA guidance.
• Develop reports, operational updates, metrics, and executive briefings for leadership.
• Support INFOCON recommendations and cyber defense courses of action.
• Analyze network traffic, intrusion detection events, and security logs using enterprise security monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with cyber operations teams, intelligence partners, and government stakeholders to protect critical network infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of cybersecurity, cyber operations, network defense, SOC, or CND experience.
• Experience using security monitoring and SIEM tools such as ArcSight, Splunk, JIMS, CSAAC, PCAP, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, DNS, firewalls, IDS/IPS technologies, and network traffic analysis.
• Familiarity with threat analysis, vulnerability management, cyber incident response, and defensive cyber operations.
• Experience preparing operational reports, status updates, and briefings for leadership.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills. Certifications & Requirements:

• Security+ CE or equivalent IAT Level II certification preferred.

• ITIL Foundation certification preferred. Clearance Requirement:

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. Preferred:

• Experience working within a CNDSP, SOC, NOC, or DoD cyber operations environment.
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community or USCYBERCOM missions.
• Understanding of DoD cyber defense methodologies and network threat lifecycles.
• Strong briefing, communication, and stakeholder engagement experience.

• Pay range: $120,000 - $140,000 (Based on years of relevant experience) Benefits:
