Job description

This is a senior leadership role responsible for building a data-driven culture, delivering digital transformation programmes, advancing AI and automation capabilities, and ensuring data is used to improve decision-making, operational performance and customer outcomes., * Develop and deliver the organisation’s data and digital transformation strategy.

Lead data governance, analytics, business intelligence and reporting capabilities.
Drive automation, AI adoption and process improvement initiatives.
Deliver large-scale transformation programmes and realise measurable business benefits.
Build and lead a high-performing data and digital team.
Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology investments with business priorities.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in data, analytics, digital transformation or technology.
Strong track record of delivering complex transformation programmes.
Expertise in data strategy, governance, BI and analytics.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading organisational change.
Commercially focused, strategic and results-driven.
