Security Analyst

We are looking for a General Accountant to join our team at Airbus Operations SL in Getafe (Madrid). The candidate will be part of the GL team, producing financial records with integrity and accuracy., + Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) and report to the Airbus Group.

• Record and reconcile accounting transactions.
• Perform monthly and annual accounting closings.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external audits.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting processes (including with the Global Services Center).
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and develop intelligent, automated solutions that streamline our core finance processes.
• Act as a catalyst for innovation within the departament by continuously proposing, testing and implementing fresh ideas to modernize traditional financial reporting using tools.

• University degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or a related field.
• Desirable experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational company.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles (IFRS / Spanish GAAP).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and GSuite (GSheet/GDocs).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP FI is a plus).
• Analytical capacity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced level of English.
