Integration Engineer

Responsible for improvement and sustaining of all manufacturing processes; development of new process modules; leading or coordinating large projects. Interact and collaborate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Operations and R&D groups on inter-departmental and cross-functional projects. Perform circuit level failure analysis, analyze E-test and product yield data, and provide feedback to engineers and managers to continuously improve the manufacturing process.

You excel at improving and sustaining manufacturing processes You have the ability to develop new process modules You thrive in cross-functional collaboration with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Operations, and R&D teams You can analyze E-test and product yield data to drive continuous manufacturing improvements You possess strong circuit-level failure analysis skills You are naturally curious and eager to learn new things You are a self-starter who takes initiative You enjoy managing multiple priorities simultaneously You make decisions based on data and analytics You are diligent and detail-oriented, MS or PhD in Electrical or Chemical Engineering, Physics or Materials Science Strong ability to effectively communicate and present complex technical concepts and analytical findings to diverse audiences Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: Process Integration, BiCMOS and/or Photonics Device Physics, Thin Films, Etch, CMP, Photolithography, or Diffusion Proven experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and yield analysis tools Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in semiconductor process integration or related field
