Advanced knowledge in web programming and data visualization: 0.1 points per course of at least 20 hours, up to a maximum of 0.5 points.
2. Holding additional qualifications higher than the one required in the call: 0.5 points.

• PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE, up to 3 points:

Participation in projects and/or contracts related to IT, data management, data quality control, web-based GIS, and statistics: 0.1 points/month.

• INTERVIEW / ELIMINATORY TEST, up to 3 points:

In-person interview.

• OTHER MERITS, up to 1 point:
• Specific experience in the technical development of web dashboards for the search, navigation, and extraction of interactive data visualizations: 0.10 points/year, up to 0.2 points.
• Certified English proficiency: B2, 0.25 points; C1 or higher, 0.8 points., Tasks to be performed: Database management, web programming (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), Java programming, and statistical programming (R, Python). Data management and data quality assurance, analytical work. Development of preconfigured web dashboards for searching, browsing, and extracting interactive data visualizations. Ongoing communication in English. Native language in Spanish. Temporary contract, the project’s funding ends on 08/18/2027.
