• Actively participate in sprint planning and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement and team alignment.
• Design, develop, and document robust software components, applying engineering best practices throughout the lifecycle.

• ServiceNow certifications demonstrating strong platform fundamentals: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM).
• Understanding of API-based integrations, enabling smooth communication between ServiceNow and external applications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio, contributing to efficient and structured application development.
• Familiarity with Git-based source control, supporting modern collaborative development workflows.
• Exposure to Now Assist AI, leveraging AI-powered features to enhance development, automation, and user experience.
• Comfortable with context switching.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Dutch, and French., * ServiceNow Micro-Certifications, such as Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, IntegrationHub, Predictive Intelligence, and Mobile App Development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines and CI/CD integration.
• Basic Python knowledge, useful for automation and scripting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-IT stakeholders.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow development.
• Precise and detail-oriented work ethic.
