Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Consultant

Insight Global is seeking an Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Consultant to support Baptist Health South Florida’s Ambulatory Surgery Center initiatives. This consultant will work closely with operational and clinical stakeholders to support OpTime and Anesthesia workflows, implementation activities, workflow optimization, testing, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have ASC experience and be comfortable supporting paper-to-Epic conversion efforts, ensuring perioperative workflows are aligned with operational goals. This individual will partner directly with project teams and leadership to drive implementation success and support key milestones leading up to go-live readiness.

• Epic OpTime Certification
• Epic Anesthesia Certification
• Epic consulting experience
• ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) experience
• Experience supporting implementation, optimization, and testing efforts
• Paper-to-Epic conversion experience

-Supply workflow experience - Multi-site ASC implementation experience

• Go-live support experience
• Experience supporting additional perioperative Epic modules
