IT Site Administrator

• Serve as the primary on-site contact for all IT issues, triaging, resolving, and escalating helpdesk requests across all shifts
• Maintain site network infrastructure, including switches, wireless, firewalls, VPN, DHCP, DNS, and cabling
• Administer site servers and virtual machines; monitor system health, storage, and backups, and assist with restore testing
• Manage users, permissions, email, and MFA in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online administration and license audits
• Partner with HR on onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, provisioning, and timely deprovisioning
• Deploy, image, patch, and retire PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals; manage devices through Intune and BitLocker; maintain hardware and software asset inventory
• Support production-floor systems, including industrial PCs, data-collection terminals, instrument PCs, and legacy operating systems on semiconductor fabrication tool controllers
• Enforce IT security standards, including endpoint protection, patching, access reviews, and phishing response
• Generate and deliver customer Certificates of Analysis (CofA), including FTP uploads and troubleshooting
• Maintain IT documentation, knowledge-base articles, network diagrams, SOPs, and disaster recovery records
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers on hardware, software, telecom, and internet service; provide procurement recommendations and handle warranty/RMA
• Support telephony, conference room A/V, badge access, and camera systems as assigned
• Assist with database reporting and data requests
• Provide on-call and after-hours response for critical site outages

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally as the sole or lead IT resource at a site
• Solid PC hardware and software knowledge
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and TCP/IP networking
• Understanding of relational databases
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, set your own priorities, and know when to escalate

Nice to Have

• Associate degree or technical certificate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+, or Microsoft or Cisco certifications
• Experience supporting manufacturing or semiconductor environments

• Ability to lift and move 10-50 lbs
• Close, distance, and color vision with the ability to adjust focus
• Comfortable working in moderate noise and occasionally near moving mechanical parts, * High school or equivalent (Preferred), * Hands on IT support: 2 years (Required)

Pure Wafer is a leading supplier of silicon wafer reclamation services worldwide to the semiconductor industry. We are looking for a hands-on IT Site Administrator to be the go-to technology expert at our Prescott facility. As the sole on-site IT resource, you’ll keep our office and manufacturing operations running smoothly, from helpdesk tickets and user accounts to networks, servers, and production-floor systems. You’ll work independently day to day while partnering with our Senior IT Systems Engineer and IT colleagues at our other facilities on infrastructure, network design, and backup strategy.
