Information Technology Specialist

The YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Information Technology Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across the association. This position will support staff, branches, and departments with hardware, software, network connectivity, telecommunications, cybersecurity, and other technology needs., * Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

• Connect: Support network infrastructure, telecommunications, servers, and cloud environments.
• Implement: Install, configure, and update software applications and technology systems; support system upgrades, new facility openings, and technology-related projects.
• Collaborate: Serve as a technology resource and advisor to branches and departments; partner with staff to identify technology needs and develop effective solutions.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Associate’s degree in IT-related field required
• Two to four years of related IT experience required.
• IT, cybersecurity, or project management certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, supervisory, and troubleshooting skills.
• An elevated level of organization, flexibility, and ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Successfully complete within 60 days of hire: CPR/First Aid/O2 Certification, Bloodborne Pathogen training, Child Abuse Prevention training, and all other required training as specified by your supervisor.
