Job description

This is a Level II End User Support role responsible for advanced desktop support, endpoint management, device deployments, Microsoft 365 support, and troubleshooting escalated technical issues across the enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Windows support experience, exposure to endpoint management platforms, and the ability to support users both remotely and onsite. The pay rate for this role is $25-28hr depending on years of experience.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

5+ years of Windows desktop/end-user support experience in an enterprise environment
Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, printers, software applications, and hardware
Experience supporting Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Group Policy
Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN troubleshooting
Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, or Endpoint Manager
Experience deploying, configuring, imaging, and provisioning devices
Strong customer service and communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
Experience documenting technical solutions and support procedures
Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues Preferred:
PowerShell scripting
Microsoft certifications
CompTIA A+
