IT Technician

We are looking for a IT Technician to provide hands-on technical support for a growing team in Moore, Oklahoma. This contract position with the potential to become permanent is ideal for someone who enjoys being the primary on-site IT resource, thrives in a relaxed and forward-thinking workplace, and delivers excellent service with energy and professionalism. The role supports both Mac and Windows environments, assists approximately 60 to 70 end users, and helps keep daily technology operations running smoothly., * Deliver on-site desktop and help desk support Monday through Friday during standard business hours as the main IT contact for employees.

• Resolve day-to-day technical issues such as password access problems, display and monitor malfunctions, software errors, and conference room technology needs.
• Support and maintain both macOS and Windows devices to ensure users have reliable access to the tools they need.
• Manage and respond to support requests submitted through Slack, providing timely updates and effective issue resolution.
• Administer user accounts and productivity tools within Google Workspace to support employee onboarding and ongoing access needs.
• Assist with network-related troubleshooting and connectivity support within a Ubiquiti environment.
• Help oversee endpoint administration using Rippling and contribute to device setup, configuration, and maintenance activities.
• Support security-related tools, including ThreatDown, as part of maintaining a stable and protected IT environment.

Requirements - Experience providing desktop or help desk support in an on-site business environment.

• Working knowledge of Windows 10 and macOS troubleshooting for end-user devices.
• Familiarity with ticket handling and support coordination through collaboration platforms such as Slack.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, with exposure to Ubiquiti or UniFi environments preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and access-related issues independently.
• Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented, responsive, and solutions-focused approach.
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to operate effectively as the primary on-site IT support resource.
