Job description

Onze klant zoekt een technisch sterke Project Support Engineer voor verlichtings- en noodverlichtingsprojecten. Je vormt de schakel tussen klanten, sales, installateurs en de serviceorganisatie. Je ondersteunt projecten van offerte tot oplevering en zorgt voor een vlotte technische opvolging.

  • Sales ondersteunen bij technische vragen en offertes
  • Klanten en installateurs technisch adviseren
  • Technische projectdossiers voorbereiden en beheren
  • Projecten en werven opvolgen
  • Installateurs ondersteunen tijdens de uitvoering
  • Testen en inbedrijfstellingen begeleiden
  • Technische problemen oplossen en nazorg bieden

Requirements

  • Bachelor of master in een technische richting
  • Goede kennis van elektrotechnische installaties
  • Interesse in verlichting en noodverlichting
  • Kennis van AutoCAD en MS Office
  • Goede kennis Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Klantgericht, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig
