We’re working with an independent software company that’s been the backbone of the label and packaging industry for over 30 years, and is now building a brand new cloud platform from the ground up.

This is an international organisation with customers in 15+ countries and a team of 100 people and growing every year. An established market leader that’s decided to build its future product with AI agents doing real coding and testing work alongside its human developers, not just assisting them.

That’s where you come in. The team is articulating what agile delivery looks like when a meaningful part of the “team” is autonomous AI agents. What does a daily stand-up mean when agents are working continuously rather than in a nine-to-five block? What does “done” mean when an agent can generate and refactor code faster than any human? You’ll be the person who gets to define the answer.

What you’d be doing

You’ll run sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives across two development teams split between Belgium and Sweden, and you’ll coach developers through a real shift in how they work, from writing code themselves to specifying intent and reviewing what the agents produce.

You’ll rethink estimation and velocity and clear blockers that are just as likely to be about agent permissions and prompt quality as they are about the usual human ones. You’ll also work closely with Product Owners to make sure backlogs are clear enough for both people and AI agents to build against.

To be successful, you’ll need to demonstrate proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software environment, ideally enterprise or B2B.

You’ll be comfortable with ambiguity rather than needing a fixed framework to lean on. A certification is a great starting point, but what we’re really looking for is hands-on understanding of agentic AI development, agents that plan, write and test code on their own, not just autocomplete.

If you’ve already worked with AI coding agents or AI-augmented pipelines in production, or you’ve led a team through a genuinely significant tooling or process shift before, that puts you well ahead of the field.

Fluent Dutch and English are both needed for this one.

The package

6,500 to 7,500 a month, paid over Belgium’s standard 13-month structure, so roughly €84,500 to €97,500 a year, plus a company car and the usual full set of Belgian benefits on top.
