Salesforce Test Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist with strong expertise in Salesforce applications. The QA Specialist will collaborate with development and business teams to ensure high-quality Salesforce releases through comprehensive functional testing and robust test automation. This role also plays a key part in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating directly with end users and preparing acceptance test plans to validate that solutions meet business needs.

• Functional Testing: Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications to ensure alignment with business requirements and workflows.
• Automation Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and support continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordination: Work closely with end users to coordinate and facilitate UAT cycles, gathering feedback and ensuring all requirements are validated through testing.
• UAT Test Planning: Prepare detailed UAT test plans and test cases in collaboration with business stakeholders to cover acceptance criteria and use-case scenarios.
• Tester Onboarding & Guidance: Provide training, guidance, and documentation for UAT testers to help them understand testing processes, tools, and best practices.
• Defect Management: Log, prioritize, and track defects found during testing, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements, review designs, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Documentation: Document test cases, test results, and QA processes clearly and concisely for auditability and knowledge sharing.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend process improvements, testing techniques, and tools to enhance the overall quality assurance practice within the team and the BMW Test Community.

• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce CRM solutions
• Knowledge/Experience within Test automation is a plus
• English is a must, Dutch is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) or equivalent working experience. Preferably certified ISEB/ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst or TMap NEXT Test Engineer;
• Salesforce Testing Experience: Good understanding of Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and workflows, with hands-on experience testing Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Test Automation Expertise: Strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Junit, Typescript, GitHub) and experience scripting automated tests.
• Test Planning & Execution: Proven experience writing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional and integration testing.
• UAT Experience: Experience coordinating and conducting User Acceptance Testing, including preparing UAT documentation and working with non-technical end users.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail in identifying issues and verifying fixes., * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to stakeholders and guide UAT participants.
• Capable of working and thinking at different abstraction levels with business analysts, developers, test managers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in business English (writing and speaking) is required;
• Proficient in business Dutch (writing speaking) is an advantage;
• Very accurate and quality minded (finisher). Cooperative and articulated.
• Team Collaboration & Tools: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams, with experience using tools like Jira, Confluence and X-ray.

1. 2 Introductie bij de opdrachtgever De procedure verloopt via een aanbesteding. De eerste introductie doen wij daarom op papier.

• We werken samen een offerte uit waarin we toelichten waarom jouw profiel aansluit op de gestelde eisen en wensen.
• We verzamelen de benodigde stukken indien gevraagd zoals referenties, diploma’s, motivatiebrief, VOG etc…

• Op basis van data bepalen we een kansrijk uurtarief voor de offerte. Jij hebt zelf natuurlijk het laatste woord in het biedingstarief. 3. 3 Aan de slag Wij houden van eerlijk en transparant zaken doen. Als je aan slag gaat via Freep Detachering dan hanteren we de volgende voorwaarden:

• Bij Freep kom je voor de duur van je opdracht in dienst, via een eenvoudige Delance-overeenkomst. Zo profiteer je van de voordelen van ondernemerschap én de zekerheid van een werknemer.
• Delance-vergoeding: tot 85% van het uurtarief dat wij bij de opdrachtgever factureren - jouw inzet telt direct mee
• Heldere administratie: wij zorgen voor loonstrook, nettobetaling, sociale lasten en pensioenopbouw
• Volledige dekking: bescherming tegen ziekte en arbeidsongeschiktheid zonder dat jij er omkijken naar hebt meer informatie over onze dienstverlening 4.

Assignment details:

• 36 hours per week expected and preferred, 32h exemption might be possible depending on the scope;
