Job description

  • Sie nehmen Störungsmeldungen auf (Hardware, Software/Applikationen) oder leiten diese weiter an den 3rd Level Support

Sie bauen das technische Arbeitsplatzequipment auf und warten es Sie bearbeiten Serviceanfragen zur Beschaffung von Equipment und Software Sie pflegen Nutzerkonten und deren Zugriffsrechte

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker*innen der Fachrichtungen Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerken (DHCP, IP, TCP/UDP, DNS) und im Microsoft Windows Umfeld Kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich 1st und 2nd Level Support
