We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager, ideally with a background in HR tech, LMS, or talent platforms, to help turn product vision into the documents, decisions, and experiences that engineering builds from. About the Role This product is built within Infopro Learning, a global learning and talent solutions company, giving us access to enterprise customers from day one. AI-Native Product Deliverables Modern product work goes beyond traditional PRDs. In an AI-assisted world, product owners deliver spec documents that both engineers and AI coding tools build from, working prototypes that test ideas before engineering commits, and the prompts and evaluation criteria that define what “good” looks like for AI features. Who Might Be a Great Fit? You’ve spent your career around HR tech, LMS, or talent platforms, in a role such as product management, implementation, customer success, or business analysis. What matters most is your ability to think clearly, communicate effectively, learn quickly, and use AI to accelerate your work.
