  • Bereitstellung von technischem Support und Lösungsfindung für IT-Probleme

Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Support-Anfragen und deren Lösungen Mitwirkung an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien und Systeme

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Sektor oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support erforderlich Fähigkeiten in der Fehlerdiagnose und Problemlösung von Hardware- und Softwareproblemen Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten
