Behebung von StĂśrungen in Bezug auf Software, Hardware und Netzwerke Dokumentation und Erfassung von Support-Anfragen Installation und Konfiguration von Softwareanwendungen Anwenderbetreuung und LĂśsung von Anwenderproblemen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erfahrung mit der Installation und Konfiguration von Softwareanwendungen Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Begriffe verständlich zu erklären- Verständnis fßr Zugriffsrechte und Erfahrung im Passwort-Management
