  • Be an early applicant, * Unterstützung bei IT-Fragen rund um Hardware, Software und Netzwerke
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Anfragen über ein Ticketsystem
  • Analyse und Lösung komplexer IT-Probleme via Remote-Zugriff und E-Mail
  • Installation und Wartung von IT-Komponenten und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
  • Benutzerverwaltung und Zuweisung von Zugriffsrechten

Requirements

  • Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Betriebssystemen und Netzwerken
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
  • Erfahrung mit Supportsystemen und Remote-Tools
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und lösungsorientiertes Denken
