  • Bearbeitung und LĂśsung von IT-Problemen aus der Ferne

Behebung von Fehlern in Hard- und Software Weiterleitung von komplexen Problemen an den 2nd-Level-Support Erfassung und Dokumentation von Supportfällen IT-Support fßr Anwender

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung

Kompetenzen in der Problemanalyse und -behebung Verständnis fßr IT-Infrastrukturen und Netzwerke Kenntnisse in Betriebssystemen und Hardwaresystemen Geduld und Freundlichkeit im Kundenkontakt
