Job description

  • Die Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft 365-Umgebungen unserer Kunden, einschließlich Exchange Online, Teams und SharePoint

Die Konzeption von “Modern Workplace-Lösungen” für unsere Kunden Das Lösen von Kundenproblemen im Rahmen des 2nd-Level-Supports, hauptsächlich auf Remote-Basis Die Entwicklung und Betreuung von IT-Security-Lösungen für die Microsoft 365-Umgebungen Die Planung und Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung und Kollegen aus dem Microsoft 365-Team

Requirements

  • IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Mehrjährige IT-Service-Erfahrung Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und IT-Sicherheit von Vorteil Expertise in Microsoft 365, insb. Exchange Online Selbstständig, strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und kundenorientiert Kommunikationsfreude
