  • Planung und Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten

Supportanfragen des zweiten Levels lösen Optimierung und Administration der MS O365 Umgebung unserer Kunden (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) Zusammen mit unserem IT-Team für die Betreuung von IT-Security-Lösungen verantwortlich

Requirements

Sie sind ein technikbegeisterter Problemlöser, der sich in der digitalen Welt zu Hause fühlt? Sie haben ein tiefes Verständnis für Microsoft 365 und sind bereit, Ihr Wissen einzusetzen, um andere dabei zu unterstützen, das volle Potenzial dieser leistungsstarken Plattform auszuschöpfen?, * Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen im IT-Umfeld oder einer vergleichbaren Position Gute Kenntnisse in MS O365
