  • Einrichtung von neuen Arbeitsplätzen (Windows, Office 365, Mobile Devices)
  • Fehleranalyse und -behebung vor Ort oder remote
  • Benutzerverwaltung (Active Directory, etc.)
  • Bearbeiten von Anfragen in unserem Ticketsystem

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Quereinsteiger), Erfahrung im IT-Bereich von Vorteil, * Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und Microsoft Office
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein der Klasse B von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
