SAP Customer Service Rep

Seeking an experienced SAP Key User to support daily business operations in our industrial environment. Responsibilities include processing transactions, managing SAP production orders, and collaborating with production, planning, and inventory teams. Candidates require a high school diploma (degree preferred), 5+ years of mechanical shop experience, and hands-on SAP experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations. strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with SAP PP/MM modules and prior SAP Key User or Coordinator roles are a plus.

salary: $21.99 - $22 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM education: Associate

Responsibilities

The SAP Key User will support day-to-day business operations by processing transactions within SAP, creating and maintaining production orders, and assisting with SAP-related activities across multiple departments. This role will work closely with production, planning, customer service, inventory, and operations teams to help ensure timely and accurate processing of business transactions and data within SAP.

• Requires a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a Mechanical Shop environment, such as paper mill or fab shop, engineers, supervisors or leadsmen.

• Experience processing orders, transactions, or production-related activities within SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Experience creating and maintaining production orders within SAP.
• Experience with SAP Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), or related SAP modules.
