You will support HR professionals and end users with technical questions, login issues, and platform-related queries through both digital channels and phone support.You’ll join a small international team of seven colleagues where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and customer satisfaction are central to everything we do. This role combines problem-solving, customer interaction, analytical thinking, and written communication.Key responsibilitiesManage support requests received through digital channels and phone support.Assist HR professionals and end users with login, access, and platform-related issues.Investigate and resolve technical problems while ensuring a positive customer experience.Analyse support tickets and identify opportunities to improve service quality and processes.Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to continuously enhance the user experience.What you bringFluent Dutch and French, both spoken and written.Experience in a customer support, technical support, or service-oriented role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Nice-to-have requirementsExperience supporting digital platforms, web portals, or mobile applications.Experience working with ticketing or case management systems.Knowledge of HR software or HR technology solutions.What do we have to offer?A hybrid and flexible way of working.An international environment with colleagues across Europe.Learning and development opportunities to grow your career.A collaborative team culture where your ideas are valued.A varied role combining customer interaction, analysis, and technical problem-solving.Salary range information will be shared with candidates during the initial interaction with the Talent Acquisition team, either by phone or email.At SD Worx, you’ll be part of a company that is shaping the future of Payroll and HR technology.
