Senior Enterprise Architect, Strategy

As a Senior Enterprise Architect, Strategy, you will shape, guide, and align enterprise architecture across business, application, data, integration, and technology domains.You will act as strategic architecture partner to major transformation programs, business domains, and IT leadership, connecting business strategy with scalable and coherent architecture direction.You will provide architectural direction for strategic initiatives such as ERP, CRM, MES, Quality, Regulatory, and Data & AI, translating business needs into architecture guidance.Working with business stakeholders, IT business partners, and architecture teams, you will develop target-state architectures, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure architectural coherence across the enterprise landscape.Your responsibilities:Define and evolve target-state enterprise architecture across business, application, data, integration, and technology layers.Translate business strategy and transformation objectives into architecture direction and roadmaps.Identify architecture gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities across the enterprise landscape.Drive architecture simplification, standardization, reuse, and modernization in line with Enterprise Architecture principles.Partner with major transformation initiatives and strategic IT projects, providing architecture assessments, target-state designs, transition architectures, and decision recommendations.Provide architecture guidance for business-critical platforms and capabilities, and ensure that program-level decisions align with enterprise-wide architecture direction.Identify cross-program dependencies and integration implications.Support the definition of business capabilities, capability maps, and value streams, and connect business priorities with IT landscape evolution and investment decisions.Facilitate architecture discussions with business stakeholders, IT business partners, domain architects, and solution architects to clarify trade-offs and maintain coherence across domains.Your qualifications:Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.7+ years of professional experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, IT Strategy, Technology Consulting, or Digital Transformation.Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation programs in complex enterprise environments.Experience across multiple architecture domains, such as business, application, data, integration, and technology architecture.Experience with Application Portfolio Management and architecture repository management, preferably using LeanIX, with strong proficiency in LeanIX or comparable Enterprise Architecture tools.Experience working in global matrix organizations with distributed teams and stakeholders.Deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, methods, and standards such as TOGAF, and strong knowledge of architecture modeling, capability mapping, and target architecture definition.Strong business acumen and the ability to understand strategic business priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to explain complex architecture concepts to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.Drive the future of Fresenius Kabi’s Enterprise Architecture - join #futurefresenius!Fresenius Kabi () is a global health care company that specializes in injectable medicines, biosimilars, and technologies for infusion, transfusion, and clinical nutrition.Our expansive portfolio of products and global network of science and manufacturing centers provide essential support for the care of critical and chronically ill patients.With more than 40,000 employees worldwide, our dedicated team is united by our shared purpose: to put lifesaving medicines and technologies in the hands of people who care for patients - and to find answers to the challenges they face.We call this purpose caring for life.Follow us on LinkedIn to learn more: /#J-*****-Ljbffr

Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field. 7+ years of professional experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, IT Strategy, Technology Consulting, or Digital Transformation. Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation programs in complex enterprise environments. Experience across multiple architecture domains, such as business, application, data, integration, and technology architecture.
