Workday HCM Reporting Analyst

Our client is looking for a hands-on Workday Report Writer to build reporting solutions that support critical decisions across HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Learning. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex Workday reporting and turn business requirements into reliable, actionable data.

• Hands-on Workday Report Writer and Prism Analytics experience
• Experience with Workday security and HCM data sources
• Advanced Excel skills
• Workday Report Writer Certification is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Atlanta-based candidates must be able to travel to Birmingham as needed

• $90,000- $110,000
