Your mission is to ensure that the driver’s cab displays on our modern locomotives provide a flawless, real-time presentation of critical technical data. You’ll be the driving force behind the complex functions that operate our locomotives, actively shaping the market success of our European product platforms. Challenges that await you

  • Develop complex functions for locomotive operation, taking ownership of the process from requirement analysis to concept creation and software implementation.
  • Structure requirements and tasks into manageable work packages, collaborating with colleagues to plan and ensure successful execution.
  • Focus on the reusability of your work, contributing to a robust product and platform strategy.
  • Accompany our HMI solutions through verification, ensuring compliance with approval and integration regulations.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software development?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * A technical degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or a related field.

  • Solid experience in visualization and/or the integration of complex systems within control and display systems, ideally gained in rail vehicle development, operation, or maintenance.
  • Familiarity with the functional spectrum of rail transport, including knowledge of approval and integration regulations and experience navigating the associated engineering processes.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to navigate various engineering interfaces and interact professionally with suppliers, customers, and authorities.
  • A proactive approach to shaping technical solutions in response to changing market demands.
  • A good command of the English language.
