Requirements

Modernize high-volume enterprise software into scalable microservices and modular backend components. Design, build, and optimize high-performance REST APIs using .NET Core and C#. Integrate backend systems with SQL Server on Azure VMs and cloud-based ETL pipelines. Automate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub. Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment across solution architects, cloud engineers, and data teams. Key Skills Required Must-Have Technical Experience: .NET Core & C# (7+ years) REST APIs & Microservices Architecture (7+ years) SQL Server on Azure VM Environments (7+ years) OOP, Design Patterns, & Software Best Practices (7+ years) Azure DevOps or GitHub Pipelines (CI/CD) (7+ years) Agile / Scrum Delivery (7+ years) Azure Data Factory (ADF) (3+ years) Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills: Backend integration with ETL tools (SSIS or Databricks) Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Domain-Driven Design (DDD) & High-Availability / Distributed Systems Background in Tolling or Intelligent Transportation Systems Candidate Requirements Must be physically located in the United States for the entire duration of the assignment due to security compliance policies.
