Java Full Stack Developer + AI

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and microservices. Participate in solution design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and developers. Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, testing, and code quality.

1We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications. 2The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and modern web technologies, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. 3The role also requires experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality, with preference for candidates who have built and deployed production-grade applications that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) directly into runtime architectures, such as AI-powered workflows, RAG solutions, intelligent assistants, or agentic applications., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and ownership-driven approach. Ability to work effectively in Agile and collaborative team environments. Technical Skills Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Hibernate Event-Driven Architecture Good to have Angular / JavaScript / TypeScript AI Development Experience Experience with one or more AI-assisted development tools such as: GitHub Copilot Cursor AI Claude Code Microsoft Copilot / ChatGPT Ability to effectively leverage AI tools for code generation, debugging, testing, documentation, and code reviews while maintaining high standards of quality and security. Preferred: Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other enterprise-scale environments.
