Full Stack Developer

IT Recruitment is looking for her client in Arnhem for a Full Stack Developer. We’re looking for a Medior Full Stack Developer (Frontend-Focused) to join the Tech Team. This client is a specialist managed hosting provider with a complete focus on e-commerce. On their hosting platform, they host web shops built with Magento, Shopware, WooCommerce, and Akeneo among others. They collaborate extensively with website builders and developers to provide top-notch hosting solutions for their shops. They are the market leader in the Benelux region, and their growth ambitions now extend far beyond. What your day looks like You’ll be part of an agile team, building, improving, and maintaining the companies service offering. We value code quality, write automated tests (unit and integration), perform code reviews as standard, and follow continuous delivery practices. Together with your colleagues you will work on diverse projects such as:

• The Control Panel for managed hosting.
• Internal and external APIs and client libraries.
• Our automation engine.
• The popular Magento security tool MageReport.
• Various other web services that are written in Python and Django.
• You’ll collaborate closely with a motivated development team and stakeholders across technical, commercial, product, and operational areas, all with the goal of delivering the best possible services for our customers.

You are a software developer with a passion for modern web technology and have a drive to solve real problems for users in the web hosting and e-commerce space. Quality and maintainability are non-negotiable for you, and you bring creative thinking to complex challenges that span multiple systems. You’re excited to work across the full stack and are not afraid of getting your hands dirty digging all the way down the stack from building web applications to interacting with servers on the system level. • Professional experience with Python or Django.
• Experience with JavaScript and CSS.
• Experience with version control workflows (we use Git & GitLab).
• Experience designing, building, and integrating APIs.
• Interest in modern web development and the ever-evolving front-end landscape.
• Understanding of browser concepts on a deep level (web vitals, web profiling and page rendering).
• Capable of reasoning about complex systems and interconnected (micro) services.
• Familiar with concepts related to servers and Linux, clusters, domain registration and SSL.
• Able to debug and troubleshoot across the full stack (frontend, backend, server).
• You are willing to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Great communication skills (our team language is English).
