  • Collaborate with Media, Marketing and content teams to deliver engaging fan experiences.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Official App, Web & Video Experience

  • Support the ongoing development of the Official LFC App, including video-first and mobile-first experiences.
  • Enhance how video content is presented and discovered across Liverpoolfc.com and connected platforms.
  • Help deliver seamless experiences across web, app, connected TV and subscription products.
  • Support content entitlement, access management and data protection processes.
  • Coordinate testing, localisation and continuous improvement initiatives across digital products.

Reporting, Analytics & Commercial Performance

  • Use analytics and reporting tools to measure product performance, audience engagement and quality of experience.
  • Produce regular performance reports and insights to support product decisions.
  • Monitor commercial metrics including engagement, conversion, retention and revenue.
  • Support financial, legal, accessibility and data protection compliance requirements.

General Responsibilities

  • Support supplier management, contract renewals and service continuity planning.
  • Assist with platform, app and customer support investigations.
  • Coordinate the resolution of technical issues with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Maintain test accounts and product access records.
  • Work closely with the wider Digital Product team to share knowledge, improve processes and support successful product delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Ownership or Product Management within consumer-facing digital products, supporting app, web or media platforms.
  • Understanding of digital media, OTT platforms, subscription models, video streaming, content entitlement and user journeys.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning and delivery coordination.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, with experience using data, reporting and KPIs to inform decisions.
  • Understanding of platform integrations, data privacy, GDPR and digital compliance requirements.

Essential Technical Skills
