Senior Data Management/Governance Analyst (12 Months FTC)

An exciting opportunity to join a high-profile, forward-thinking insurance business as a Data Management Analyst, supporting the organisation at an important stage of its data and AI journey.

This is a broad and genuinely interesting role covering data quality, governance, metadata, taxonomy and emerging AI governance, with exposure across Digital, Risk, Compliance and the wider business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data quality, profiling and reporting
• Support metadata, taxonomy, classification and data lineage
• Contribute to AI governance, including model monitoring, bias and drift
• Analyse data to identify risks, trends and opportunities
• Support data and AI risk assessments
• Work with senior stakeholders across Digital, Risk, Compliance and the wider business

You’ll have experience in Data Management, Data Analysis or Data Governance, with strong skills in:

• Data quality and profiling
• SQL and Python
• Metadata, lineage and taxonomies
• AI/ML concepts and model monitoring
• Working within a regulated environment, ideally insurance or financial services
