As a Senior Microsoft Operations Specialist, you’ll ensure Microsoft orders, renewals, and agreements are processed accurately and on time. Working closely with sales, licensing, solutions, and finance teams, you’ll support operational queries and help deliver a seamless customer experience.

• Resolve customer, supplier, and internal queries using Microsoft systems and tools.
• Support the team with licensing and operational queries.
• Monitor workloads, deadlines, and SLAs to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, contract, and renewal records.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure compliance and minimise errors.
• Work with Finance to resolve invoice and billing queries.

• Previous experience in Microsoft Operations, licensing, order processing, or a similar role.
• Confident using Microsoft systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
