District Technology Support Specialist

Lake Hamilton School District is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to join our technology team. We are looking for someone with strong technical aptitude and experience, or a demonstrated ability, to troubleshoot and repair computers, Chromebooks, and other technology. Candidates should be comfortable diagnosing hardware and software problems and eager to learn new systems and technologies.

An interest in cybersecurity, network security, and security best practices is highly desirable. Previous professional IT or cybersecurity experience is helpful but not required.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, troubleshooting, and problem-solving and would like to develop their skills in both technology support and cybersecurity

Salary Range: $37,000 - $55,750 including benefits such as health insurance and eligibility for the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System.
