Job description

The Senior Technology Specialist will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing technology solutions within the financial services industry. Based in Stamford, this position focuses on delivering innovative technology solutions and ensuring optimal system performance., * Develop and implement technology solutions to support business operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology integration.
Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to support business growth and innovation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Document system configurations and processes for future reference.
Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

Requirements

5-12 years of L2/L3 IT support experience in a financial services firm
Experience in Azure environment
Experience supporting SharePoint and Microsoft 365
Experience with IAC (can be any tooling)
Experience leveraging any AI platform

Plusses

Any Azure or SharePoint certifications
