IT Administrator

• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with network, telecom, wireless, or voice systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support both end users and technical teams
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Plusses

• ServiceNow experience
• CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar networking certification
• Experience supporting VoIP technologies and voice infrastructure
