Sr Product Designer, Spectrum Design System

As a key member on the Spectrum design team, your work and voice will have a far-reaching impact. You will:

• Elevate design quality across foundational systems and the big-picture for design across Adobe.
• Inspire visionary thinking by pushing what’s possible with Spectrum and stretching the system thoughtfully.
• Embrace the future through collaboration with technical partners to ensure Spectrum works with evolving design tooling, including AI.
• Promote Spectrum by partnering with teams, capturing feedback, and integrating insights into system evolution.
• Uphold accessibility standards and apply inclusive design practices in all work.

High level of craftmanship within visual and UI design.

• Experience in design systems and a track record of for solving creative problem sets.
• Ability to solve complex design challenges across products or platforms.
• Expert level proficiency with Figma and Figma libraries.
• A collaborative and open-minded outlook, and a high degree of comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and analytical skills to facilitate workshops and communicate insights that inspire design opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with engineering partners to bring designs to life.
• An experimentation-driven approach to learning and working with new tools, for example Claude Code, Figma connectors, and advanced prototyping.
• Desire for continuous learning-and active participation in an inclusive and empowering environment that encourages all members to do innovative and impactful work.
• Solid understanding of and passion for accessible and inclusive design practices.
