The IT Security Operations Manager will oversee daily security operations, lead a team of security professionals, and help maintain a strong enterprise security posture. This role will manage security monitoring and incident response, vulnerability management, threat hunting, security reporting, and cybersecurity initiatives., * Leading and developing a Security Operations team.

• Managing enterprise security tools including SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, and DLP.
• Incident response, threat hunting, and security monitoring.
• Cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance, including NIST, CIS, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOX.
• Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 security.
• Working across infrastructure, network, cloud, and application teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing enterprise security technologies and security operations programs.
