FPGA, VHDL, High speed, MATLAB, RF, Altium, PCB design, embedded C, hardware design, orCADFPGA Engineer required to join a team working across FPGA High Speed Communications Ethernet, CAN, LIN etc. Digital Video and Compression, RF Communications and High Speed Digital Electronics Requirements High speed digital design of multilayer PCB ideally in Orcad and Altium. FPGAs using VHDL or Embedded C to bridge firmware and hardware. MATLAB High quality, right first time designs track record on time and to budget. Good quality degree or equivalent in electronics. Responsibilities Design high speed digital designs and simulate the analogue sections. Orcad and Altium schematic entry and layout. Interfacing and configuring RF and associated design. Hardware Test and verification of new electronic assemblies and sub assemblies. Translate system requirement specifications into board level designs ensuring robust verification, by test specifications and circuit descriptions.
