2nd Line Support

• Act as an escalation point for Tier 1, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues
• Support M365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and Teams
• Execute SOX controls and maintain audit-ready evidence
• Support audit cycles, walkthroughs, and control testing
• Perform root cause analysis and incident and problem management

• PowerShell, Were hiring a Service Desk Engineer for a business-critical IT function. The role goes beyond standard Tier 2 support: youll own SOX ITGC execution, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews, and act as a key point of contact for internal and external audits. The position is based in London, hybrid, with four days per week on-site. We offer a permanent salary of £50,000 or a contract rate of £250-£300 per day.

• 3+ years of experience in Service Desk or Technical Support
• Hands-on M365 administration experience, including Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and PowerShell
• Experience with user access administration
• Exposure to audit or compliance work; experience in SOX-regulated environments is a plus
• ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft AZ-900/AZ-104 certifications are desirable
• MacOS endpoint management experience using ABM, and end-device configuration experience
