ICT and Digital Systems Specialist - Working Denbighshire - #OR115467

An excellent opportunity has arisen with Denbighshire County Council for an ICT and Digital Systems Specialist to support the Working Denbighshire Employability Service. This role leads on the implementation, development and optimisation of CRM systems (including ICONI), reporting solutions and other digital platforms, acting as the key link between Working Denbighshire, ICT Services and software providers. Key responsibilities include leading CRM system development and support, managing implementation of new digital solutions such as Body SWAP and Arlo, developing dashboards and management information using Power BI, leading user acceptance testing and business readiness activities, and providing specialist systems training and support to staff. Candidates should hold at least an HND in a computer-related discipline (or be a numerate graduate), with experience of ICT system implementation, digital transformation, data analysis, reporting and dashboard development, and knowledge of GDPR and information governance.
