Job description

You develop high-performance search solutions with Typesense for our international customer projects.
You design and implement scalable backend systems based on Python.
You work closely with our teams in Germany and Brazil in a remote-first environment.
You support DevOps processes to ensure smooth application deployment.
You optimize existing database queries and ensure excellent data quality.
You accompany the entire software lifecycle from the initial idea to the finished MVP.
You actively contribute your expertise to the technical consulting of our startup partners.

Requirements

You have at least five to seven years of solid professional experience in software development.
You possess expert knowledge in Python and have successfully implemented complex projects.
You are a pro in handling Typesense and optimizing search algorithms.
You have very good knowledge in backend development and fundamental knowledge in DevOps.
Your Portuguese skills are at C2 level and you communicate confidently in English (C1).
You work independently, in a structured manner, and value the dynamics of agile startup environments.
