Person Specification Experienced in content management, including web content curation and knowledge of basic HTML and accessibility standards. Highly proficient using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting. Passionate about technology and emerging AI, with the knowledge and skills to make meaningful improvements and to think beyond traditional solutions to improve the user experience. Skilled at identifying customer needs, resolving issues or escalating appropriately, and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
