SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead

Own S/4HANA data migration from strategy through reconciliation and cutover. The right candidate can coordinate business data owners and technical teams, not simply execute load programs. We are building a U.S.-based SAP transformation, recovery, data and AI practice focused initially on manufacturing and industrial organizations. Our model combines senior SAP expertise, rapid specialist deployment, HANA/data engineering and flexible project delivery. We are seeking experienced SAP professionals who can operate credibly with business and technology leaders and take ownership of outcomes, not simply complete assigned tasks. What You Will Do

• Create migration strategy, object inventory, ownership model and execution plan.
• Lead profiling, mapping, cleansing, transformation and mock-load cycles.
• Define reconciliation and business acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate master and transactional data owners.
• Own cutover data sequencing and migration readiness.
• Identify data risks early and drive remediation., * Work on transformation, assessment, rescue, stabilization and specialist-delivery engagements.
• Be considered for opportunities aligned to your exact SAP specialization, industry background and availability.
• Work with a practice designed around senior expertise, direct accountability and measurable client outcomes.
• Flexible engagement structures depending on the client, project and applicable requirements.

• 10+ years SAP data/migration experience.
• At least two S/4HANA migrations with direct leadership responsibility.
• Strong experience with mapping, cleansing, mock loads and reconciliation.
• Demonstrated business-data ownership and cutover discipline.
• Strong cross-functional communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, Syniti or comparable migration tooling.
• MDG and master-data governance.
• Manufacturing master data and multi-plant migration.
