Experteer Overview In this role you join SD Worx’s expanding SAP practice as a Junior SAP HCM/ECP Consultant focused on Netherlands Payroll.You’ll work with international clients to optimise HR and payroll processes using SAP solutions and contribute across the full project lifecycle.You’ll collaborate with experienced consultants and benefit from comprehensive training and development.The opportunity combines hands-on SAP work with skill-building in a multinational, innovative environment and a clear path to growth.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Collaborate with clients to optimise HR and payroll processes using SAP solutions * Participate in the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support * Work with international clients and cross-functional teams to deliver SAP HR/payroll projects Responsabilidades * Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and/or SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) * Experience or exposure to Netherlands Payroll * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Good communication and teamwork abilities * Professional proficiency in English * Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), PCC, SAP Time Management, SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certifications Requisitos principales * Comprehensive training and development programs * Flexible working schedule * Private medical insurance fully covered * 25 vacation days * Workation: possibility to work from abroad up to 4 weeks * Laptop and equipment provided
