Youâll own our reporting ecosystem, transforming raw healthcare data into actionable insights that drive patient care and business outcomes. Your work will directly inform clinical operations, member experience initiatives, and strategic planning. Reporting & Analytics
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track key healthcare metrics including patient outcomes, utilization patterns, provider performance, and member satisfaction
- Partner with clinical and operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver self-service analytics solutions
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives
Analytics Engineering
- Build and maintain semantic layers that make our data accessible and reliable across the organization
- Create structured data environments that enable analytics agents and automated reporting
- Develop data models that balance technical rigor with business usability
- Establish data quality standards and monitoring processes
Business Partnership
- Develop deep expertise in concierge healthcare operations, understanding both the clinical and business contexts
- Translate complex healthcare data into clear narratives that drive decision-making at all levels
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for improving patient care and operational efficiency
- Evolve from data provider to strategic partner who helps shape business direction

Requirements
- SQL proficiency: You write clean, efficient queries and understand how to optimize for performance
- Visualization expertise: Experience building intuitive dashboards in Tableau, Looker, Omni, or similar platforms
- Analytical thinking: You naturally ask âwhyâ and can structure ambiguous problems into clear analytical frameworks
- Communication skills: You can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and tell compelling stories with data
Preferred Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
- Experience in healthcare, preferably in value-based care, concierge medicine, or similar models
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and analytics engineering principles
- Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and executive teams
