C2 SYSTEMS INTEGRATION SPECIALIST

Our organization is in search of a driven, career-focused C2 SYSTEMS INTEGRATION SPECIALIST to become part of our team in STAFFORD, VA.

This position will leverage expertise to facilitate swift improvements in military operations, contributing to the defense of our Nation., * Act as the lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Marine Corps in the research and development of information systems, concentrating on the integration of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Cyber (C5) with Joint Fires and Kill Web frameworks.

• Assist in the design and implementation of robust Kill Webs, transitioning high-level functional systems from traditional kill chains to dynamic, interconnected kill webs that link various sensors and shooters across multiple domains.
• Offer strategic advice and support for the implementation and interconnection of mission networks (such as tactical data links, waveforms, and edge cloud solutions) to improve the efficiency and precision of the F2T2EA (Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, Assess) cycle.
• Engage with stakeholders and end-users to ensure system activities meet client expectations, actively working to enhance processes and lifecycle management.
• Work alongside government and contracted teams to aid in the development, testing, and deployment of solutions that support Combined Joint All Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) and distributed maritime operations.
• Ensure thorough project and program documentation, maintaining accurate reports on status, deliverables, and administrative records for meetings and briefings.
• Coordinate resources and manage administrative tasks to facilitate the planning, testing, and production of essential capabilities related to the customer s mission.

• A Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline, along with 12 or more years of experience in current and emerging military C2-related technologies. Alternatively, a total of 18 years of experience may be accepted without a degree.
• Knowledge of the technical requirements for Joint Fires integration (e.g., AFATDS, NOTM, CAC2S) and the ability to align these capabilities with existing operational gaps.
• A comprehensive understanding of current and emerging CJADC2 doctrine, policies, strategies, methods, and requirements.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with a solid understanding of project documentation and reporting practices, utilizing effective communication tools (e.g., Microsoft applications, video conferencing, digital communications) to promote teamwork and align objectives across various stakeholder groups.
• Proven capability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks with a keen attention to detail, functioning effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional military experience, training, or certification in relevant Joint all-domain areas; examples include JT-301 Joint Interface Control Officer Course, JT-310 Advanced Joint Operators Course, and JDN-201 Joint Data Networks Planners Course.
• Experience in supporting RDT&E and related innovative initiatives that necessitate rapid development.
• Experience leading large-scale military projects across diverse stakeholders within an organization or service.
• PMP or CAPM certification or a similar Project Management credential.

Clearance Requirements:

Applicants must possess an active TS/SCI clearance and be willing to undergo a CI polygraph examination. Physical Requirements:

• Must be physically capable of participating in field exercises, including lifting up to 50 lbs, navigating rugged terrain, and traveling via military tactical vehicles, ships, and aircraft.
• Ability to remain in a stationary or desk position for 50% of the time, occasionally communicating with colleagues, management, and clients through email, phone, or virtual platforms, which may involve delivering briefings or presentations clearly.
