pressure, organised by default, proactive by instinct### Nice to have (not essential)* Agency background* Understanding of web build and paid media workflows* Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, ClickUp or similar* A basic grasp of SEO and analytics## About the roleYou will own delivery: turning signed projects into clear plans, coordinating developers and marketers on the board, and being the dependable point of contact clients trust. We run lean and async (we use Teams), so this is not a meetings-all-day role, it is about clear priorities, tight communication, and removing blockers before they become problems.
